Insurance
I'm currently in network with the following commercial insurance plans:
UnitedHealthcare (including Oscar and Oxford)
Aetna
Cigna
BlueCross BlueShield (including Regence and Anthem BCBS)
If you have questions about your coverage, benefits, or eligibility, feel free to reach out. I'm happy to help you figure out what your plan covers.
Where I Work
I offer HIPAA-compliant tele-therapy throughout Colorado and Washington State, as well as in-person sessions in Denver and Boulder, Colorado.
Private Pay Rates
Free Initial Consultation (15–30 minutes, by phone or Zoom)
A chance to talk about what's bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and see whether we're a good fit.
Individual Therapy (60 minutes): $150
A space to work through what's weighing on you, whether that's disordered eating, body image, anxiety, or life changes, at a pace that feels right for you.
EMDR Therapy (60 minutes): $150 | Extended EMDR (90 minutes): $225
EMDR uses bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or tapping, to help you process difficult or traumatic experiences so they feel less overwhelming. Extended sessions allow more time for processing and are available when clinically helpful.
Family-Based Treatment (FBT) Consulting for Eating Disorders (60 minutes): $150
Coaching and support for families helping a loved one recover from an eating disorder at home.
Parent Coaching (60 minutes): $150
Guidance for parents navigating challenges with their child or teen. Please reach out to talk about whether this service fits your family's needs.
Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching (60 minutes): $150
Personalized, practical support as you work toward recovery.
Coaching services are not billed to insurance.
Payment and Cancellations
I keep a card on file, and payment is processed at the end of each session. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice (full fee), or short notice will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee. Insurance does not cover missed sessions, so this fee is the client's responsibility. I understand that emergencies happen and am happy to talk through special circumstances.
Sliding Scale
I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots. Priority is given to BIPOC, queer, trans, low-income, sick, and disabled clients. Please reach out about current availability, and we can talk through options together.
Spark by Project Helping (for Colorado residents)
I volunteer with Project Helping's Mental Wellness program, Spark, and provide pro bono services through it.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, if you are uninsured or not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. You can ask me for one at any time. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
