Meet Leila
I approach therapy with creativity, collaboration, and flexibility, adapting our work to meet your needs. My style is affirming and grounded in empathy and deep listening, with a focus on understanding your lived experience.
Together, we’ll set goals while also honoring what feels most pressing for you right now. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where curiosity, courage, and compassion guide the work, helping you move through challenges and create meaningful change.
MyExperience
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado (LPC.0021507) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington (LH61075178). I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School.
I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, and other mental health challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and RO-DBT, which I tailor to each client’s unique needs.
I’m particularly passionate about helping people build self-esteem and develop a more respectful relationship with their bodies.
