Meet Brianna
Brianna is a Master's level therapist with a specialization in eating disorder treatment and over five years of experience. She is trained in a range of evidence-based approaches, including FBT(TAY), CBT-E, and RO-DBT, and is currently undergoing certification in the cutting-edge neuroaffective relational model (NARM) for working with attachment, relational, and developmental trauma. Brianna integrates these approaches to tailor her therapeutic work to the unique needs of each client, while holding space for them to access their own innate healing capacity.
As a weight-inclusive therapist, Brianna strives to help her clients break free from the grips of diet culture and weight stigma, and access a valued life. She is a fully certified family-based treatment provider by the Training Institute for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders, and has helped numerous clients achieve lasting recovery.
When she's not in the office, Brianna enjoys riding her bike, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time at the dog park. With her expertise, warmth, and down-to-earth approach, Brianna is a trusted partner in helping clients achieve their goals and find greater peace and well-being.
