What Does Align Mean?

Alignment is when your values match up with your thoughts and actions. Whenever you act in a way that does not match what you value, you put yourself out of alignment.

Here, Align means acting as your most authentic self. By addressing trauma, mood and eating disorders holistically, the goal is to help bring you back to alignment.

I specialize in eating disorder treatment. When we’re struggling with an eating disorder, we’re unable to be our most authentic, whole selves. A person-centered, relational approach can help with support in relinquishing eating disorder narratives, cultivating compassion, and transitioning to better coping mechanisms in order to re-align with your true values.

Alignment nourishes us; misalignment leaves us longing.

Here’s what our clients are saying:

“ I first met Leila in 2016 at a residential treatment facility. She became a very safe person for me. In 2020, I found out that Leila had a private practice. I was in search of a new therapist and was very excited to find her! Leila is kind, caring, empathetic, a good listener, asks questions, helps you set goals and is flexible. Leila works collaboratively alongside my outpatient team and I feel very supported by her. She has gone above and beyond during my time with her.”
